DESCRIPTION: Brycon constructed a 127,500 SF ground-up facility for a leading semiconductor chemical supplier based out of Taiwan. This facility processes hydrofluoric acid and other high purity grade industrial chemicals. Founded in 1972, Sunlit Chemical was the first manufacturer of hydrofluoric acid and fluoride in Taiwan. The company contributes to 75 percent of the world’s market share of sodium fluoride in the oral care industry.
This 17-acre facility consists of a 92,000 SF main production building with 5,000 SF office, 5,000 SF warehouse, 6,000 SF trailer canopy with crane, 20,500 SF Isotainer canopy, QAQC testing laboratories, and a 4,000 SF Wastewater Treatment building. The scopes of the project include: a complete earthwork/paving/utilities package, construction of building shells and interior build out and specialty process piping, controls, and chemical distribution systems.
