DESCRIPTION: This project featured a ground-up, 48,660 SF, 122-room extended stay hotel. The hotel has a fitness center, guest laundry facilities, and in-room kitchens. Full site development including utility connections, paving, landscaping and underground water retention was completed. Additional key scopes of work included wood framing of the entire building, installation of an elevator, a stucco exterior finish with a stone veneer, and civil renovations to the adjacent street and drive entries.
