DESCRIPTION: This project comprised four phases. Phase 1 involved enhancing an existing building, where we installed new signage, lighting, floors, paint, cabinets, and workspaces. We also upgraded several plumbing fixtures. Phase 2 consisted of constructing a new space tailored for oncology patients undergoing infusion treatment. This phase introduced new restrooms, floors, walls, lighting, ceilings, HVAC, equipment, and new nurse stations. Phase 3 focused on creating a pharmaceutical space for drug mixing for medical treatments, constructed as a clean room environment. We incorporated new automatic entrances, floors, walls, HVAC system, and mechanical units for an air pressure-controlled environment. Work included coordination of new fume hoods. Phase 4 included the buildout of a new laboratory space used by a third-party entity to provide onsite support to the infusion center. Despite a 6-month deadline, we completed the project ahead of schedule, enabling Nexus to promptly initiate patient treatments.
