DESCRIPTION: Brycon partnered with NV Energy and the Rainbow Bend HOA to deliver the Rainbow Bend Energy Modernization & Conversion Project – an extensive effort to transition the entire neighborhood in Lockwood, Nevada. This privately driven project replaced liquid propane-fueled equipment with natural gas across 11 businesses and over 400 residences, including both stick-built and manufactured homes.
Executed in 42 phases, the project required precise coordination with NV Energy to manage shutdowns, installations, and start-ups – while ensuring residents and businesses experienced minimal disruption. Brycon’s team delivered with safety, efficiency, and responsiveness at the forefront.
