DESCRIPTION: Brycon partnered with the Incline Village General Improvement District to deliver a series of completed facility upgrades that enhance community recreation spaces and guest services across Incline Village, Nevada. These projects demonstrate Brycon’s commitment to quality workmanship, operational efficiency, and excellence in public‑facing environments.
Brycon completed a full modernization of the Men’s and Women’s locker rooms at the Incline Village Recreation Center located at 980 Incline Way. The renovation included the removal and replacement of doors and frames, lockers, benches, countertops, sinks, showers, toilets, partitions, tile, lighting, and associated finishes to create a clean, updated, and more functional facility. Brycon self‑performed a substantial portion of the work—including soft demolition, gypsum board systems, painting, plumbing, and HVAC—and delivered the upgraded locker rooms within the approved project schedule.
At the Diamond Peak Ski Resort, Brycon completed a comprehensive remodel of the main kitchen facility. Work included demolition of the existing freezer, plumbing enhancements, new finishes, installation of a new freezer, and full coordination and installation of commercial kitchen equipment. Brycon also renovated the resort’s front‑of‑house service area, installing new tongue‑and‑groove ceilings, updated lighting, and new customer service equipment to elevate the aesthetics and overall guest experience. These improvements supported more efficient operations and a refreshed, welcoming environment for visitors.
