DESCRIPTION: This project featured the renovation of a 21,000 SF building for the City of Mesa. The project consisted of modernizing an abandoned building to provide two new spaces: 1) Health Clinic: consisting of a patient lobby, exam rooms, procedure and lab/vitals area, nurses’ stations, provider and management offices, as well as staff break room and restrooms; 2) Police Department Swing Space: a new open area with temporary working stations, a lobby, conference room and restrooms. The scope included full interior demolition and special modifications to the existing structure was required.
