FOR THIRD YEAR, BRYCON VOLUNTEERS FOR PROJECT SHARE

For the third year, BRYCON has volunteered to feed the hungry at Project Share in Albuquerque’s Southeast Heights. Once a quarter, BRYCON’s staff and field employees cook for and serve approximately 150 people at the facility. The first Project Share dinner of 2011 is January 4, 2011. There are also dates in April, July and October. Since the first year, BRYCON has modified our menu slightly to make the cooking and serving easier—not to mention more popular with the diners! We are now serving chili dogs with all the condiments, salad with ranch dressing, peaches, corn, cookies and fresh fruit. We also provide granola bars so folks can have something to snack on after Project Share is closed. If there are leftovers, we give them out to folks to take with them. Usually, at least 12 volunteers from BRYCON show up to help.
