BRYCON’S FACILITIES CONSTRUCTION GROUP TO MOVE TO NEW LOCATION IN NOVEMBER
The New Mexico Facilities Construction Group is planning to move to its new location at 8400 Firestone NE in Albuquerque sometime in November. BRYCON purchased the building in September to accomodate the company’s expanding workforce. In addition, the company has long been looking for a more central location and the new facility provides direct access to Alameda, Paseo del Norte and I-25. The “FSO,” or Firestone office, has an 6,202 square-foot, two-story office building and a separate warehouse with another 2,313 square feet and two, 14-foot tall drive in warehouse doors. The property has a large area for construction equipment, plus ample employee and vistor parking.
Phil Casaus, BRYCON’s chief financial officer, said only the New Mexico Facilities Construction Group will move. BRYCON’s headquarters will remain in Rio Rancho, as will the billing, finance and operations departments. Project managers, project engineers, the field operations and marketing departments will move to the Firestone location.
