BRYCON’s Arizona Office to Renovate Scottsdale Resort
The Chandler, AZ office of BRYCON Construction is scheduled to begin a five-month renovation and addition to the Resort Suites at 7677 E. Princess Blvd. in Scottsdale. The renovation calls for the partial demolition and renovation of an existing restaurant and reception area, the construction of a new 2,500 sq. ft. reception area, and construction of approximately 220 feet of new architectural trellis. In addition, BRYCON’s team is providing site infrastructure work and landscaping. The project is should be completed by October of 2008—just in time for the busy Scottsdale resort season.
