BRYCON TO BUILD NEW SPORTS STORE IN RIO RANCHO
BRYCON Construction was recently awarded the contract to build a new retail center anchored by a Big 5 sporting goods store in the Enchanted Hills neighborhood of Rio Rancho. This fast-growing region was selected by the developer because it serves three distinct areas - North Rio Rancho, Bernalillo and Placitas. Construction is expected to begin in late June and be complete by October. The Big 5 store, which carries clothing, shoes, gear and equipment, will be 10,000 square feet. Construction also includes 7,000 square feet of space for other retail uses. The architect is Peter Butterfield of Albuquerque.
