BRYCON To Build Gateway Medical Complex in Rio Rancho
BRYCON was recently awarded a fast-track contract to build a new medical office center in Rio Rancho called Gateway Medical Complex. The single-story, 23,000 sq. ft. center will have four offices when completed. BRYCON is providing the site work and the building shell. In addition, the company is providing tenant improvement’s for the center’s first client, Fresenius Medical Center, a dialysis clinic. BRYCON has done many projects for Fresenius Medical Centers, including improvements at the company’s clinics in Albuquerque, Santa Fe and Carlsbad. The architect on the project is Fanning Bard Tatum and the developer is Avalon Investments.
