MIKE STIVERS OF BRYCON WINS PROJECT MANAGER OF THE YEAR FROM THE AMERICAN SUBCONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION
Long-time BRYCON project manager, Mike Stivers, won Project Manager of the Year from the American Subcontractors Association of New Mexico. Stivers accepted the award June 2, 2011 at the annual awards ceremony and trade show at the Albuquerque Convention Center. Stivers is in charge of Plant Sustaining activities at the Intel plant in Rio Rancho, NM. BRYCON was nominated as the General Contractor of the Year, but lost the award to HB Construction. It was the first time in BRYCON’s 21-year history that the company has been recognized by the ASA. Bill Lemon, BRYCON’s president, called the nomination “a great honor and recognition from our peers in the industry.”
