BRYCON's senior management team provides superior leadership through their extensive experience in the construction industry. Many have worked together for over twenty years continuing to strengthen and build BRYCON as a company. Chairmain and Chief Executive Officer
Bryant Lemon, Sr. has been in the construction industry for over 50 years. He graduated from the University of Idaho in 1958 with a degree in Civil Engineering and received his Masters Degree in Engineering Administration from George Washington University in 1961. Throughout his career, Bryant has been instrumental in the construction of numerous high profile projects throughout the United States. Bryant developed an expertise in the construction of advanced technology Cleanrooms and ultimately formed BRYCON Corporation in 1990. Since then, Bryant has built BRYCON into one the largest Cleanroom contractors in the Southwest. He has also guided the company into a full service general contractor serving the commercial and industrial industries.

Bill Lemon is President of BRYCON Corporation. Prior to serving as President, Bill served as Operations Manager, Project Manager, Superintendent and Field Engineer for BRYCON. Bill brings over 27 years of hands on experience to the company, coupled with a commitment to customer service. Bill currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Albuquerque Economic Development Council and is a graduate of the Leadership New Mexico Program. Through Bill's leadership, BRYCON has become the contractor of choice whenever a project calls for meticulous attention to detail and superior customer service.

Vice President of Operations / CFO
Phil Casaus manages Brycon's companywide operations to support the continued growth of the company, while demonstrating best practices in the construction industry. His duties include moving Brycon's strategic plan forward, as well as overseeing all construction operations, budgeting, investment, and development activities of the company. Phil is also responsible for Brycon's administrative and financial operations of BRYCON and its related companies as well as its various investment and development activities. Mr. Casaus is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas as well as a licensed Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional. Mr. Casaus received his Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of New Mexico and has been in the engineering and construction industry for 29 years working in the Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Semi-Conductor and General Commercial Construction Industry.

Division Manager, AZ-NV Advanced Technology Division
Greg Thomas has acquired over 30 years of experience in the construction industry with over 25 years in all phases of Cleanroom construction. As the Division Manager for our Advanced Technologies Construction Group in Arizona and Nevada, Greg is responsible for all aspects of field coordination, client relations, cost controls and project quality. He assists in the planning and scheduling of all construction, manages on-site safety, and coordinates all other activities at the client's job sites. Many of BRYCON's largest and most successful projects have been managed directly by Greg. Greg received his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management/Construction Technologies from the University of New Mexico.

Division Manager, Arizona General Contracting Division
Scott Dluzen served as the Preconstruction Manager for BRYCON Construction for more than 10 years prior to assuming the role of Division Manager for General Contracting. He holds a Bachelors degree in Construction Management and Engineering from Arizona State University. He is a skilled leader and management executive with more than 24 years in the commercial construction industry. He is a "hands-on" manager, who prides himself on being readily accessible to each and every project. He has led cross-functional teams both in the construction application in the field, as well as the estimating programs in the office. He has local and multi-state experience, which includes JOC, CM@Risk, Design/Build, Construction Management, Cost Estimating and competitive bid methodologies. Scott has developed proven expertise constructing high-visibility projects that require specialized skills, sensitivity to unique program requirements, and knowledge in all aspects of the construction process.

Operations Manager AZ General Contracting Division
Kevin has over 20 years experience in the construction industry and is a 13 year veteran with BRYCON. He has been instrumental in the success of many of BRYCON's largest contracts as a Senior Project Manager. In his newly expanded role, Kevin will provide leadership and support for our Project Management and Field Supervision teams to ensure that they are equipped with the tools, training and leadership necessary to continue our ability to provide our clients with exceptional construction service. Kevin is a graduate of the University of Nebraska with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Construction Management.
Tommy Robinson

Division Manager, NM Advanced Technology Division
Tommy Robinson began his career with BRYCON as a Superintendent/Foreman over 26 years ago and has become the Division Manager for our Advanced Technologies Construction Group in New Mexico. Tommy specializes in the installation of Cleanrooms and Cleanroom components including specialty wall, ceiling and flooring systems. Tommy has also developed a team of experts capable of constructing the most challenging Manufacturing and Cleanroom projects from demolition of pre-existing systems to the installation of the most sophisticated process equipment. Over the years Tommy has been instrumental in the success of many of BRYCON's largest Cleanroom projects.
David Smith
David Smith
Division Manager, New Mexico General Contracting Division
David Smith has over 30 years of experience in the Construction industry and has developed extensive experience in field supervision, estimating, project management and operations. Prior to serving as Division Manager for the New Mexico General Contracting Division, David managed several very successful projects in Arizona as Project Manager. David offers focus, direction and dedication to accomplish goals quickly and efficiently reflecting the proven ability to develop well-orchestrated, productive construction teams. His talent and expertise are demonstrated in estimating, customer service, project management, safety, and quality assurance. His knowledge of various contracting methodologies, CPM scheduling, schedule recovery, cost containment, and material coordination lend themselves to quality construction and products. Through extensive coursework at Michigan State University, Oakland Community College and the Construction Association of Michigan, David has amassed the technical and managerial background to support the company, clients, and staff towards achieving their goals.
